Baby Jesus is back
With the holidays over, baby Jesus figures that were nicked from nativity scenes have trickled back home. Numerous baby Jesus figures were stolen from nativity scenes at Churches, parks and in the yards of private residences in locations in the United States and Canada. A few of them have been returned.

This blog entry shows photographs of the life-sized nativity scenes at Temple Square in Salt Lake City, in front of the adjacent headquarters of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and in the church's Church History Museum.
Dozens of churches all over the United States and Canada have organized local displays of hundreds of nativity scenes in what is an increasingly popular Christmas tradition. In the majority of cases, the nativity scenes are loaned for the displays by one or a number of collectors. Most of the displays are free and open to the public, but a few are fund raisers for humanitarian causes.
Here are some scenes from the Apex Nativity Celebration in Apex, North Carolina, hosted by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. This exhibit displayed more than 800 scenes.
